뷰라움 합정의 핵심 콘셉트는 ‘안경사의 가방’입니다. 이는 안경사가 트레이를 들고 고객에게 직접 다가가는 이미지에서 출발한 것으로, 일방적인 진열이 아닌 소통 중심의 응대 방식을 제안합니다. 고객은 자리에 앉아 다양한 제품을 편안하게 경험하고 직원은 유연한 동선 안에서 자연스럽게 응대할 수 있도록 설계되었습니다.

The core concept of the space is the “optician’s bag.” Inspired by the image of an optician bringing trays directly to the customer, the design moves away from static displays and toward a more interactive and personalized service flow. Customers can browse comfortably from their seats, while staff navigate the space with ease and flexibility.

트레이는 쌓거나 정리하기에 적합한 크기와 구조로 디자인되었습니다. 브랜드와 컬렉션별 분류가 용이하고, 제품 관리를 보다 효율적으로 할 수 있어 여러 고객을 응대하는 상황에서도 공간의 흐름을 유지하며 섬세한 응대가 가능합니다.

The trays are designed with dimensions and structure optimized for stacking and organizing. This allows for easy categorization by brand or collection, supports efficient product management, and enables smooth service even during busy periods without disrupting the overall flow of the space.

모든 가구에는 트레이를 안정적으로 올려두거나 쌓을 수 있도록 홈과 턱이 구성되어 있습니다. 이는 단순 진열 이상의 기능을 하며 정돈된 보관의 인상을 통해 전문성과 신뢰감을 함께 전달합니다.

Each piece of furniture includes grooves and edges that securely hold or stack trays. This detail goes beyond simple display, offering a sense of order and reinforcing an impression of professionalism and trust.

매장은 전체적으로 고객과의 따뜻한 소통을 전제로 한 구조로 기획되었습니다. '안경사의 가방'이라는 상징은 고객에게 직접 다가가는 브랜드의 태도를 시각화한 장치이자, 친근하고 유연한 서비스 흐름을 상징합니다.
